Corporate Development at Humana is a small, high-impact team responsible for driving strategic value creation across the Group. Our focus spans Investments and M&A, strategy, business transformation, performance improvement and management reporting.

We are now looking to strengthen the team with a Manager at Corporate Development and M&A to lead acquisitions and post-deal integration and support the execution of key strategic initiatives, including, business planning, and transformation programs.

Role Overview

As Manager Corporate Development and M&A, you will play a central role in shaping and executing on Humana’s strategic agenda. You will drive M&A transactions, lead strategic projects, support post-deal integration, and contribute to business planning across the Group’s business areas. You will work directly with the Head of Corporate Development and interact closely with the Executive Team and business area leaders  as well as Boards across the Nordics including major shareholder Impilo.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead or support M&A projects, including:

  • Strategic fit assessment / Lead generation

  • Commercial and financial due diligence

  • Business case development and valuation

  • Board material preparation

  • Negotiation and execution of transactions

• Develop and drive business plans and strategic reviews across business areas

• Investment Board

  • provide guidance to business areas during internal review and coordinate Investment Board pack

• Support post-merger integration initiatives and transformation programs

• Drive deep-dives into performance, cost structures, and growth opportunities

• Develop clear, executive-ready material for Investment and M&A Boards

• Work cross-functionally to align strategy, finance, and operations

Who You Are

We believe you are a driven and analytical professional with a strategic mindset and hands-on attitude. You are highly structured, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on solving complex business problems.

We’re looking for:

• + 4 years of relevant experience including project leading skills from:

  • A top-tier management consultancy

  • Big 4 advisory (Corporate Finance / Transaction Services / Strategy)

  • Corporate M&A or Strategy roles with a strong deal record

• Strong financial and strategic acumen

• Proven experience in due diligence and transaction execution

• Solid understanding of corporate strategy, planning, and transformation

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in English and Swedish is required; knowledge of Finnish is an advantage.
