We are looking for experienced consultants to join our Sourcing & Procurement team which is part of our Strategy & Operations practice in Stockholm. You would be part of a skilled and committed team of consultants that engage with clients in industries spanning from Retail and Production to Healthcare and Private Equity. We help enable change in our clients’ businesses by creating and delivering solutions tailored to their specific needs. Our office in Stockholm includes about 60 colleagues who are working closely together. We enjoy an entrepreneurial and familiar culture locally while also being part of the greater Swedish practice, collaborating with colleagues from offices in Gothenburg and Malmö, and across the firm globally.

We would like to see following requirements in our new colleagues’ profile:
· M.Sc. Engineering, Economics or other education that is deemed relevant
· A proven track record of 2+ (2-6) years in consulting or industry, typically in one or several of the following areas:
o Sourcing and procurement
o Supply chain management
o Operational excellence
o Business strategy
o Business transformation
o Manufacturing and logistics execution
o Process management
o Planning & Demand management
o Customer experience design and transformation
o Change management
· Experience of delivering in projects
· Knowledge in Microsoft Tools to aid day-to-day business activities: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.
· Business mindset, strong analytical skills, team spirit and an ambition to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
